The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) – 2024–2025

Between 2024 and 2025, we proudly partnered with the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) to deliver a major security enhancement project aimed at protecting students, educators, and educational infrastructure. This initiative involved the deployment of an extensive CCTV surveillance system across more than 35 schools in multiple regions, making it one of the largest education-focused security projects in our portfolio.

The primary objective of the project was to create safe, monitored, and resilient learning environments for Palestinian refugee students by equipping UNRWA schools with modern security technology. Each school presented a unique architectural and operational context, which required careful planning, site assessment, and system customization. Our team conducted thorough site surveys and designed individualized layouts for camera placement, ensuring complete coverage of critical areas including main gates, hallways, playgrounds, and administrative zones.

We implemented a high-definition IP-based CCTV system, utilizing a combination of fixed and dome cameras with night vision and motion detection features to provide continuous monitoring. The cameras were connected to secure digital video recorders (DVRs) or network video recorders (NVRs), depending on site requirements, with centralized management to allow real-time viewing and historical playback for authorized security personnel and school administrators.

Beyond the technical execution, we worked closely with UNRWA’s facilities and IT teams to ensure full compliance with the agency’s strict operational standards and privacy protocols. The system was designed with a focus on scalability, enabling future upgrades and integration with additional security layers if required. We also provided training sessions for on-site staff to manage and maintain the systems effectively.

The implementation timeline was carefully managed to align with the school calendar, ensuring minimal disruption to educational activities. Our installation teams operated in coordination with school staff and UNRWA representatives, following a phased schedule that allowed for safe, efficient work while maintaining a high level of quality control.

In addition to the physical installation, we supplied all necessary hardware, network components, and technical support services. Our commitment extended beyond project delivery—we continue to offer maintenance and system support to ensure the long-term reliability and performance of the surveillance infrastructure.

This project reflects not only our technical capability but also our dedication to supporting humanitarian and educational missions. We are honored to contribute to UNRWA’s vision of safe, inclusive, and secure schools for vulnerable communities. Through this project, we reinforced our position as a trusted provider of security solutions for sensitive and high-impact environments, and demonstrated our ability to scale operations across multiple locations with consistency, reliability, and professionalism.
