International Organization for Migration (IOM) Headquarters – Shmeisani, Amman (2023–2024)

Between 2023 and 2024, we had the privilege of executing a turnkey security and IT infrastructure project for the newly established headquarters of the International Organization for Migration (IOM), located in Shmeisani, one of Amman’s most prominent business districts. The project involved the design, supply, and implementation of a full suite of systems intended to enhance the operational security, efficiency, and technological readiness of this high-profile international facility.
At the forefront of this project was the installation of automated gate barrier systems, designed to control and regulate vehicular access to the premises. These systems were engineered for durability, high performance, and seamless integration with the building’s broader access control mechanisms—supporting secure entry and exit for both employees and authorized visitors.
To ensure 24/7 surveillance and monitoring, we deployed a state-of-the-art CCTV system, featuring high-resolution IP cameras installed across strategic points throughout the facility. This surveillance infrastructure provides real-time visibility, recording, and centralized monitoring capabilities that meet the stringent safety standards required by international agencies. The camera network is integrated with secure storage systems and can be accessed remotely by authorized personnel.
We also installed a robust access control system that supports role-based access rights and integrates smart card and biometric authentication technologies. This system enables secure, traceable movement of staff within sensitive zones of the building and ensures that only authorized personnel can access critical areas.
To complement these systems, a centralized intrusion alarm system was implemented, designed to detect unauthorized access and respond swiftly through visual and audible alerts. This system is tightly integrated with the CCTV and access control infrastructure, allowing for coordinated security responses and centralized management.
In addition to security systems, we delivered a centralized sound system covering key areas within the building, including lobbies, corridors, meeting rooms, and communal spaces. This solution supports public announcements, emergency alerts, and background audio distribution—contributing to both safety and atmosphere within the headquarters.
Our scope extended beyond physical security to encompass a full IT infrastructure solution, tailored to meet IOM’s communication, data handling, and administrative needs. This included the deployment of a structured cabling system, network racks, patch panels, and data switches—ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal bandwidth distribution across all departments. We also supplied advanced computing equipment, including workstations, printers, and networking accessories, enabling IOM staff to operate efficiently from day one.
Additionally, the project included the supply of professional security equipment, such as handheld metal detectors and screening tools, to support physical security checks at building entry points.
Throughout the entire execution process, we adhered to the highest standards of quality, compliance, and confidentiality. Our team coordinated closely with IOM’s engineering and security departments to ensure that every system was configured to meet international protocols, local regulations, and operational expectations.
This project demonstrates our ability to provide integrated, high-performance environments for international institutions. The successful handover of the IOM Shmeisani Headquarters reflects our commitment to excellence, innovation, and delivering future-ready solutions that support mission-critical operations.
