International Organization for Migration (IOM) – Telaa Al Ali Main Building

In 2022, we successfully executed a comprehensive security and IT infrastructure project for the main headquarters of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Telaa Al Ali, Amman. The scope of work covered a wide range of integrated systems tailored to meet the organization’s high standards of operational efficiency, employee safety, and secure facility management.

One of the key components of this project was the installation of a modern speed gate system at the main employee entrance. This solution was designed to streamline entry processes, enhance physical security, and provide a touch-free, automated access experience. The speed gates were integrated with the building’s access control system, allowing for seamless authentication of staff credentials while maintaining a professional and welcoming entry point.

We also designed and implemented a state-of-the-art CCTV surveillance network, covering all critical areas of the building. High-resolution cameras with remote access capabilities were installed strategically to ensure complete monitoring of entrances, hallways, common areas, and external perimeters. The system offers real-time footage, recording, and alerts, enhancing situational awareness and providing a reliable security infrastructure for both personnel and assets.

In tandem with the CCTV system, we deployed a comprehensive access control solution that includes door controllers, card readers, and secure entry management software. This system was tailored to allow hierarchical access levels, supporting IOM’s internal security protocols and ensuring that only authorized personnel could enter restricted zones.

To support workforce management and enhance administrative operations, advanced time attendance machines were installed throughout the facility. These biometric and RFID-enabled terminals accurately track employee attendance and working hours, seamlessly integrating with the organization’s HR systems to facilitate efficient payroll processing and personnel management.

Beyond security, we provided a suite of IT solutions that strengthened the organization’s digital infrastructure. This included structured cabling, network systems setup, and server room optimization, ensuring reliable connectivity and system performance across departments.

Additionally, we equipped the building with fully integrated conference room technologies, transforming their meeting spaces into modern, collaborative environments. These rooms were fitted with smart audio-visual systems, video conferencing tools, interactive displays, and centralized control panels—supporting local and remote communications essential to IOM’s mission-driven work.

This project showcases our capability to deliver turnkey solutions that combine security, technology, and operational excellence. Through meticulous planning, high-quality implementation, and close collaboration with IOM representatives, we ensured that every component met international standards and aligned with the organization’s functional requirements.
