In 2023, we proudly delivered a comprehensive electrical and low current systems solution for the newly constructed headquarters of Irshaidat Water Treatment (IWT) Group, strategically located on Al Jama’a Street in Amman. As a leading company in the water treatment industry, IWT required a facility equipped with modern, efficient, and secure infrastructure to support its administrative and operational activities. Our work on this project reflects our deep experience in designing and executing large-scale, high-performance systems for corporate environments.
The project encompassed a complete electrical infrastructure, including internal and external lighting, power distribution systems, and energy-efficient solutions. Every component was designed and installed in accordance with the latest safety codes and industry best practices to ensure operational continuity and scalability for future expansion. Our team worked in close coordination with architects, engineers, and facility managers to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with the building’s architectural and functional layout.
In addition to the core electrical work, we implemented a full suite of advanced low current systems tailored to meet the unique security and automation needs of a modern headquarters. This included the deployment of a high-definition CCTV surveillance system, providing comprehensive real-time monitoring and video recording across key internal and external areas. The system was designed with remote accessibility, enabling management to maintain visual oversight at all times, regardless of location.
To further enhance security, we installed a smart intrusion alarm system with strategically placed sensors and centralized control, ensuring the premises are safeguarded against unauthorized access during and after business hours. The system is fully integrated with the CCTV and gate control infrastructure, offering a unified security response platform.
The project also featured the integration of automated gate controls, allowing for smooth and secure vehicle and personnel access management. Controlled through access cards and remote interfaces, these gates were designed to balance security with operational efficiency, supporting both staff and visitor movement.
Safety was a top priority in our planning and execution. A comprehensive fire detection system was deployed, incorporating smoke detectors, heat sensors, and alarm panels across the facility. This system was installed to comply with local civil defense regulations and international standards, ensuring the safety of personnel and assets.
To support efficiency and comfort, we implemented a building automation system that unifies control of lighting, HVAC, and other critical utilities into a centralized platform. This smart infrastructure allows IWT to monitor and manage energy usage, environmental settings, and system performance from a single interface—delivering improved energy efficiency, operational insight, and user comfort.
Throughout the project lifecycle, we maintained a strong focus on quality, coordination, and timely delivery. The result is a fully integrated, future-ready facility that aligns with IWT Group’s vision for innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence. This project stands as a testament to our ability to deliver tailored, end-to-end solutions that combine electrical engineering with intelligent low current systems to serve the evolving needs of corporate clients.
